Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to all users of Aetherium's services. By using any service offered by Aetherium (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you ("you", "customer", or "user") agree to comply with these terms.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. We may modify them at any time, without notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

2. Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Billing

Services are billed automatically based on your selected cycle upon purchase. Invoices must be paid before the service is provisioned or activated. We reserve the right to update our pricing with a minimum of 7 days notice on any service.

3.2 Refunds

We offer a 12-hour refund policy for non-customized Game Hosting services. All custom plans are non-refundable.

3.3 Non-Payment

Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination of your service and all its data, without or with warning.

4. Cancellations

Services must be cancelled through our billing panel. You can choose:

• · Immediate Cancellation: Your service will end within 24 hours of you requesting a cancellation. No refunds for unused time.
• · End of Billing Cycle: Your service will continue running until your next due payment date, then end automatically.

5. Acceptable Use

The following activities are not allowed:

• · Infringing on Intellectual Property
• · Any type of Network Abuse (such as DDoS attacks, etc)
• · Phishing, spamming or scams
• · Distribution of any type of virus (malware, trojans, RATs, etc)
• · Hosting any type of illegal or harmful content

If we suspect your service is being used for any of these activities, we reserve the right to check it. We reserve the right at our discretion to terminate or suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Service Level Agreement

We maintain a 99.95% uptime for all of our services. Compensation for downtime and more can be found in our SLA.

7. Modifications

We may change these terms at any time with or without notice. Your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
